Technical office services, outsourced.
Since 2014 I have worked on national and international projects in structural design, cost estimating, technical office, interim payments, site work and tendering. FIDIC and EPC contracts, NCR processes, BOQs and comparative take-offs, new rate build-ups, final accounts, CPM scheduling and model-based quantity take-off (QTO) are my core areas. I also have long experience with tunnel formwork systems, light steel and passive fire stopping.
How the work is run
Written scope
Every engagement starts with a service agreement that defines deliverables, file formats and the delivery schedule.
Confidentiality (NDA)
An NDA is signed before any documents are shared. Files stay in the environment you choose.
Your formats
Payment applications and quantities in XLSX and PDF, programmes in XER or MPP, models in RVT, following the engineer's or main contractor's templates.
Traceability
Every quantity ties to a drawing or measurement sketch, every rate to a build-up, every revision to a record.
Invoiced work
Work is invoiced against the proposal and agreement. Anything outside scope starts only with written approval.
Legal boundary
Where a matter needs a legal opinion, the work is done alongside the client's lawyer.
