Context
An international airport delivered over a very large site on a short programme. Under the contract and its amendments, a wide range of finishing works ran at the same time, including panel walls, exterior façade cladding, bond beams, plastering, painting and drywall.
My role
As technical office lead I was responsible for finishing works payment applications, rates for new items and contract amendments.
What I did
- Prepared payment applications for finishing works
- Built up rates for work outside the original contract
- Prepared the technical and financial side of contract amendments
