Context
Four projects in Kocaeli and Kayseri for a contractor specialising in chemical applications and passive fire protection: an energy production plant, flooring at a maintenance base, a healthcare campus and a housing project.
My role
I was technical office manager for all four sites across the two provinces.

- Material procurement
- Pricing and budgeting with the sales team
