Context
Treatment plant projects in Balıkesir, Rize, İzmir and Şanlıurfa delivered by a specialist contractor. Contracts were mainly FIDIC-based and EPC; payment and cost data from all sites came together at head office.
My role
At head office I was responsible as technical office manager for payments, budgeting and contract administration.
